How to delete your account (in the app)

Open TESE – Work & Task Planner on your device.
Go to Account (menu in the top right).
Tap the menu (⋮) → Delete account.
Follow the on-screen steps to confirm. Deletion is permanent.

How to delete an organization you own (in the app)

Open TESE → Account.
Select your organization → menu (⋮) → Delete organization.
Accept the consent screen. This permanently removes organization data (tasks, chats, users, files, labels, locations).

Request deletion by email

Send an email to pxelsceneapps@gmail.com with subject "TESE – Account deletion" or "TESE – Data deletion request". Include the email address or user ID linked to your TESE account.

What we delete

We remove your profile, organization memberships, and personal data linked to your account. Data we must keep for legal or legitimate business reasons may be retained only in anonymized or aggregated form.

Subscriptions

Deleting your TESE account does not cancel Google Play or App Store subscriptions. Cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or Apple account settings.

Processing time

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days and send confirmation when done.
