TESE is an end-to-end work and task management platform for small businesses, teams, and organizations. Plan the week, assign work to the right people, run shift-aware schedules across multiple locations, keep team chats next to each task, and manage roles, labels and subscription seats — all in one app.

Plan tasks per day or per week with a clean calendar view. Drag, copy and paste single tasks, full days, or entire weeks. Reuse drafts and recurring routines.
Run one or more organizations (places). Each user has a role: Owner, Manager, Worker, or Device. Roles control what each member can see and edit.
Define locations / branches inside an organization. Filter the team and tasks by location so each branch sees only what matters to them.
Tag tasks with reusable labels to organize work by project, customer, shift, or priority. Filter and sort the schedule by these labels.
Per-task reminders, configurable minutes before a task starts. Local notifications work even when the app is closed. Team-wide push notifications for new assignments and updates.
Every task gets its own chat thread. Send messages, photos and files between assigned members — no need to switch to another app.
Attach photos taken from the camera, pick from gallery, or upload documents and PDFs. Files are organized by organization and stay accessible to authorized users only.
Save common task setups as drafts. Copy a single task, a whole day, or a full week and paste it on another date in seconds.
Old tasks are archived automatically each month, keeping the active workspace fast and clean. Archived data stays available when needed.
Invite members with short join codes. Owners and managers can promote, demote, or remove members at any time.
TESE includes a free trial. Paid plans (Basic and Plus) give larger seat limits per organization. Upgrade is suggested automatically when you reach the limit and downgrade is hinted when you fit a smaller plan.
UI available in English, Turkish, Finnish and more. The app follows your device language automatically.
Material 3 design with light and dark modes. Choose the theme manually or follow the system setting.
Built on Firebase / Google Cloud. Data is encrypted in transit, role-checked in the backend, and synced across all your devices in near real time.
Subscriptions are auto-renewable monthly and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). You can cancel anytime from your store account settings. Full details, billing terms, and cancellation paths are documented in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
