Overview

Menuficent helps businesses publish digital menus and QR links. This policy explains what we process when you use the web app at menuficent.web.app or future mobile apps under com.menuficent.app.

Permissions

Internet — authentication, syncing menus, cloud storage, public menu hosting.
Photo library / file picker — optional images for products, categories, or branding (system picker; no broad storage access required on modern Android).

Data we process

Business users: account email, display name, business name, username, branch/location data, menu content (categories, products, prices, descriptions, images), settings you configure.
Public menu visitors: when guests open a public menu URL, we may process technical logs needed to serve the page (for example request metadata). We do not require guests to create an account to view a menu.
Free QR / link bridge: if you use the free QR tool, we store the destination URL (and a short bridge identifier) so the QR and bridge page can work. Do not submit personal data you do not want stored for that purpose.
Technical data: device/app identifiers needed to operate Firebase services, error logs, and security.

How we use data

To provide the service, authenticate users, host public menus, generate QR/bridge links, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data.

Pricing

Menuficent may offer free and paid features over time. We do not store full payment card numbers in the app. If App Store / Google Play billing is used later, payments are processed by Apple or Google under their terms.

Storage & subprocessors

Data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Hosting) in Google Cloud. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

Deletion

Business owners can delete a business (and its menu data) in-app. For login account deletion or other requests, see Account & data deletion or email pxelsceneapps@gmail.com.

Children

Menuficent is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.

İşletme kullanıcıları: hesap e-postası, görünen ad, işletme adı, kullanıcı adı, şube/lokasyon, menü içeriği (kategori, ürün, fiyat, açıklama, görseller), ayarlar.
Herkese açık menü ziyaretçileri: menü URL’si açıldığında sayfayı sunmak için gerekli teknik kayıtlar işlenebilir. Menüyü görmek için hesap zorunlu değildir.
Ücretsiz QR / köprü: ücretsiz QR aracı kullanıldığında hedef URL (ve kısa köprü kimliği) QR ve köprü sayfasının çalışması için saklanır.
Teknik veriler: Firebase, hata kayıtları ve güvenlik için gerekli tanımlayıcılar.

Kullanım amacı

Hizmeti sunmak, kullanıcıları doğrulamak, menüleri barındırmak, QR/köprü linkleri üretmek ve platformu güvenli tutmak. Kişisel veriler satılmaz.

Ücretlendirme

Menuficent zamanla ücretsiz ve ücretli özellikler sunabilir. Uygulamada tam ödeme kartı numarası saklanmaz. App Store / Google Play faturalaması kullanılırsa ödemeler Apple veya Google üzerinden işlenir.

Saklama & alt işleyiciler

Veriler Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Hosting) üzerinde Google Cloud’da tutulur. Aktarım HTTPS/TLS ile şifrelenir.

Silme

İşletme sahipleri işletmeyi (ve menü verisini) uygulama içinden silebilir. Giriş hesabı silme ve diğer talepler: Hesap & veri silme veya pxelsceneapps@gmail.com.

Çocuklar

Menuficent bir işletme aracıdır ve 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek 13 yaş altından kişisel veri toplamayız.

Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellemede “Son güncelleme” tarihi değişir.

Käsittelemämme tiedot

Yrityskäyttäjät: tilin sähköposti, näyttönimi, yrityksen nimi, käyttäjänimi, toimipistedata, menussisältö (kategoriat, tuotteet, hinnat, kuvaukset, kuvat), asetukset.
Julkisen menun vierailijat: julkisen menu-URL:n avauksessa voimme käsitellä sivun tarjoamiseen tarvittavia teknisiä lokitietoja. Vierailijan ei tarvitse luoda tiliä.
Ilmainen QR / siltasivu: ilmaisessa QR-työkalussa tallennamme kohde-URL:n (ja lyhyen siltatunnisteen), jotta QR ja siltasivu toimivat.
Tekniset tiedot: Firebase-, virheloki- ja turvallisuustunnisteet.

Miten käytämme tietoja

Palvelun tarjoamiseen, käyttäjien tunnistamiseen, julkisten menujen hostingiin, QR-/siltlinkkien luomiseen ja alustan turvaamiseen. Emme myy henkilötietoja.

Hinnoittelu

Menuficent voi tarjota ilmaisia ja maksullisia ominaisuuksia. Emme tallenna täydellisiä maksukorttinumeroita sovellukseen. Jos App Store / Google Play -laskutusta käytetään myöhemmin, maksut käsittelee Apple tai Google.

Tallennus & alikäsittelijät

Tiedot tallennetaan Google Firebaseen (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Hosting) Google Cloudissa. Tiedot salataan siirrossa (HTTPS/TLS).

Poisto

Lapset

Menuficent on yritystyökalu eikä ole suunnattu alle 13-vuotiaille. Emme tietoisesti kerää alle 13-vuotiaiden henkilötietoja.

Muutokset
